I suddenly have more space than ever. My big work events are cancelled, and like everyone else, my regular social and volunteer activities are on hiatus. This is happening while others have zero margin (time, money, resources). My hope is that those of us with extra will hold it with an open hand and heart, giving until it maybe even hurts a little.
There are so many opportunities to practice goodness in this weird ass season of life. May we practice mutual care and authentic neighboring in our communities because we need each other.
